В Киеве -- gu.kiev.ua & carrier.kiev.ua - Это если нормально работать, с пингом USA за 250 милисек.
Если надо "спортом" заниматься (~12 сек пинг) то это к ts.kiev.ua, там как раз NORDUnet-Poland-Lvov линия...... Выбирайте сами.
